- 교육훈련이 자동차부품기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 조직민첩성 효과를 중심으로 -
본 연구는 교육훈련과 조직민첩성이 경영 성과에 미치는 영향과 관계를 조사하고, 조직민첩성이 교육훈련과 경영 성과 간 관계에 미치는 영 향을 조사하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 구체적으로 교육훈련 및 조직민첩성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 검토하고, 교육훈련과 경영성과 간의 관계 에서 조직 민첩성의 매개효과 및 조절효과를 확인한다. 다음으로 교육훈련성과의 매개효과는 교육훈련과 경영성과 사이의 관계에서 확인된다. 2022년 3월 2일부터 4월 29일까지 대구·경북지역 자동차 부품업체 직장인들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 교육훈련은 경영 성과에 큰 영향을 미치지 못했다. 둘째, 교육훈련과 재무성과 간 관계에서 조직민첩성의 조절효과는 유의하지 않았지만, 매개효과는 유의했다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 이론적, 실무적, 정책적 시사점을 제시한다.
A Study on the Effects of Employee Training Programs on Management Performance of Auto Parts Manufacturing Companies : Focused on the Effect of Organizational Agility
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect and relationship between employee training programs and organizational agility on management performance, and to investigate the effect of organizational agility on the relationship between employee training programs and management performance. Specifically, the effect of employee training programs and organizational agility on management performance is reviewed, and the mediating effect and moderating effect of organizational agility are confirmed in the relationship between employee training programs and management performance. As an additional analysis, the mediating effect of employee training programs performance is confirmed in the relationship between employee training programs and management performance. FromMarch 2 to April 29, 2022, a survey was conducted on office workers of auto parts companies in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do. As a result of the study, first, employee training programs did not have a significant impact on management performance. Second, in the relationship between employee training programs and management performance, the moderating effect of organizational agility was not significant, but the mediating effect was significant. Based on these results, academic, practical, and policy implications are presented.
